Human Hands - C.S.U., Long Beach CA 12-08-79

Human Hands were an Art Punk band from Los Angeles who only released a two single before splitting up in 1981. I'm not sure if track 8 is one or two songs and don't know the song title. Anyone know it? This is an audience recording with good sound quality.
