The Milestone show is an audience recording and has good sound quality. The Los Angeles show is a radio broadcast and has excellent sound quality. Tracks 1 and 10 from the Milestone show and track 5 from the Los Angeles show were officially released in 1989 on the Past Lives album. Can anyone fill in the unknown song titles?
