Platzangst were my favorite German band in the early 1980s. They existed
from 1979 until 1985. In 1983 they had two songs on the Waterkant Hits
compilation LP of bands from Hamburg Germany and this was their only
official vinyl release. They recorded a demo in 1984 and also had songs
on several compilation tapes. In 1985 they changed their name to Public
Enemy 23 and released a 6 song 12" ep before splitting up in 1986. This
live show was recorded from the
audience and the sound quality is good.
